- As the Operation Management Trainee, your responsibilities includes:
Overseeing employees, operations, and evaluating work
- Assisting management with the implementation of new policies
Ensuring new employees are properly trained- Observing and learning from experienced staff members
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
- Preparing documents and updating records
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk- Oversee the stocks, equipment, and materials in inventory and warehouse efficiency
Graduates of Food Technology and Chemistry are preferred, but not required- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong communication skills
Team player Ability to multitask
- Knowledge and experience in the Vinegar Industry is a plus
Must be willing to work in Caloocan/Valenzuela area
