As one of the fastest-growing startups in the Philippines, GoRocky revolutionizes how men take care of themselves. We aim to be the #1 mens health provider in Southeast Asia by 2025. We tackle stigmatized conditions like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and hair loss by providing e-prescriptions & medicine delivery online after a doctors assessment. By steadily building out more categories, we are creating a one-stop shop for mens health & wellness. On that journey, we want to change how we take care of ourselves as men and change the narrative around stigmatized conditions.
We are seeking an Operations Lead to drive efficiency and scalability. The role will be crucial in optimizing order management systems, expand partnerships, and implement automation to streamline processes. It will also be key in reducing costs, improving delivery performance, and enhancing financial tracking - all while leading a team to support the companys growth
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Order Management and System Enhancements:
- Lead the integration and optimization of sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) into the company's order management systems.
- Ensure smooth operations for new product categories and continuously improve systems to support company growth.
Partnership Management and Expansion:
- Manage and expand GoRocky's partner network, including pharmacies and logistics partners.
- Drive improvements in delivery performance by optimizing partnerships, reducing delivery times, and negotiating better shipment fees.
- Collaborate with partners such as Grab Mart to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency.
Financial Performance and Optimization:
- Optimize contribution margin by implementing cost-reduction strategies, including negotiating with suppliers and managing operational costs.
- Develop and maintain systems for billing reconciliation and financial tracking to ensure profitability.
System Automation and Integration:
- Spearhead the implementation of automation workflows to enhance efficiency across operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of operational tools like Typeform and Shopify with order processing and communication platforms.
Process Improvement and Issue Management:
- Design and implement operational processes to address inefficiencies, including reducing delivery-related issues and optimizing customer service workflows.
- Regularly review and improve systems to enhance overall operational performance.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a leadership role within an operations team.
- Proven experience in an operations role, ideally within a startup or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of order management systems, supply chain management, and partnership development.
- Experience in optimizing financial performance, including cost management and margin improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Typeform, and integration tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus.
