Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

He/She is responsible in managing a group of people to ensure compliance and motivation at work. This includes managing workforce activities, conduct coaching session with the team, and fully assist the department manager in daily operations
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Information Technology or related course is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of background/experience in IT Enabled Operations and/or Customer Support.
Microsoft Office and Google Suites proficiency.
  • Willing to work onsite and nightshift schedule
Passion for online games and able to provide quality and efficient customer support to clients/players.
  • Create and implement Operational strategies on a daily basis
Establish work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards and procedures and strategic directives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

IT Enabled Operations and/or Customer Support: 2 years (Required)
