JOB SUMMARY:He/She is responsible in managing a group of people to ensure compliance and motivation at work. This includes managing workforce activities, conduct coaching session with the team, and fully assist the department manager in daily operations
Degree in Information Technology or related course is a plus.
- At least 2 years of background/experience in IT Enabled Operations and/or Customer Support.
Microsoft Office and Google Suites proficiency.- Willing to work onsite and nightshift schedule
Passion for online games and able to provide quality and efficient customer support to clients/players.
- Create and implement Operational strategies on a daily basis
Establish work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards and procedures and strategic directives.

Pay: Php28,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
