The Operations Head shall assist and oversees daily operations in restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, quality assurance, customer service, financial management, and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and delivers a positive dining experience.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
- Manage, budgets, control costs and maximize profitability.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and improve customer services standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff.
- Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
