Job Description

Overview: As an Operations General Manager for our restaurant chain, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and long-term success of multiple restaurant locations. You will be responsible for ensuring each restaurant operates efficiently, meets company standards, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Oversight:
Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple restaurant locations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all restaurants.
Monitor and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location.
  • Analyze financial reports and take necessary actions to improve profitability.
Control costs and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to restaurant teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and address performance issues promptly.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality standards.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with senior management, restaurant managers, and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, HR, and finance to achieve organizational goals.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in the restaurant industry, managing multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of financial management principles and procedures.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php250,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary


Experience:
  • Restaurant Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
