Overview: As an Operations General Manager for our restaurant chain, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and long-term success of multiple restaurant locations. You will be responsible for ensuring each restaurant operates efficiently, meets company standards, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple restaurant locations.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all restaurants.
Monitor and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location.
- Analyze financial reports and take necessary actions to improve profitability.
Control costs and manage inventory levels effectively.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff.- Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to restaurant teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and address performance issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality standards.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with senior management, restaurant managers, and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, HR, and finance to achieve organizational goals.
Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in the restaurant industry, managing multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Understanding of financial management principles and procedures.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
