Responsibility:
. Assist in delivery arrangements and carry heavy loads.
. Set up, decorate, and prepare catering areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the manager/customer.
. Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and serve the food with a positive and courteous demeanour.
. Clean and sanitise all equipment, utensils, dining ware, linens, serving ware, and work areas.
. Restock clean equipment, utensils, and equipment to proper storage areas noting any damages and items to be replaced.
. Organise and prepare clean equipment, utensils, and equipment for catering events.
. Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
. Coordinate with sales personnel on customer issue during delivery.
. To collect cash and check from customer upon delivery for COD order.
. Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
. Basic knowledge of F&B will be advantageous
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to read and write simple English
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. Flexibility, punctuality, teamwork and Cleanliness
. Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
. Passionate, strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
