About You:
Responsible for ensuring complete documentation collected from the seller, handover of vehicle and supporting operations. The OE is in-charge to carry out operational duties such as driving of vehicle, standard inspection of vehicle, securing vehicle documents, copying, scanning, binding etc.
Your Day to Day:
Adapt and familiarize with HPG and LTO process and documentations required.
Active in follow-ups, updating of information on progress in group chat or emails.
Encoding, preparation of documents prior to the handover and ensuring that all documents are complete and signed by the seller during and after the handover.
Responsible in handover (driving) of vehicle from seller to our own Yard.
Must be able to keep and monitor designated transactions by managing company's database.
You know how
Must know how to drive and possess valid driving license. Preferably know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
