Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operations Director for E-Commerce to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and improving e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on management to ensure the seamless execution of our e-commerce strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement e-commerce operational strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including e-commerce managers, customer service representatives, and logistics personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce operations.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize online sales, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Customer Experience Management:
Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics:
Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to optimize the supply chain.
  • Technology and Platform Management:
Work with IT and development teams to ensure the e-commerce platform is reliable, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and manage the e-commerce operations budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and ROI.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience management.
Proven experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
Proficiency in relevant e-commerce software and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Google Analytics) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120,
  • 00 - Php140,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
