The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail stores. This position is pivotal in managing store manpower, monitoring sales performance, and addressing any operational issues that arise. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Store Operations Supervisor to drive store success and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manages store staffing, coordinates recruitment, and facilitates staff training.
- Analyzes sales data, devises strategies for improved sales, and collaborates with teams for execution.
- Identifies and efficiently resolves operational issues, implements process improvements.
- Conducts staff evaluations, identifies training needs, and fosters a positive work environment.
- Reports store performance, communicates effectively with staff and management for operational enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
