Documentation and Compliance
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating and monitoring of deployment operations.
- Validate from production all shooting requests and its details before the assigned pull-out time
Coordinate with clients & grips to achieve 100% deployment based on clients requests.- Ensure that production shows are properly manned with corresponding skill sets/grip levels based on client's assigned equipment.
Oversee & monitor deployment operations.
- Ensure smooth deployment operations by providing complete line up with maximum manpower efficiency
Monitor clients request; plan and track the deployment of grips.- Provide and update Daily Shoot Reports to Traffic, HR and Operations.
Receive, process, and maintain documents from units coming from taping or shoots including but not limited to: Attendance Sheets, Vehicle Trip Tickets, Reports, Receipts, etc.)
- Resolves document deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete papers to the team leader or liaison for resolution.
Maintains department's confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.- Prior experience in office administration or a coordination role within a production environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deployment operations simultaneously.
Familiarity with office software and document management systems, with the ability to generate and update reports.

Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
