Job Description

Job Summary
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of operations
Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure that all staff are adhering to policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement best practices for the area
Facilitate communication between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on the progress of the area
Monitor and ensure adherence to safety regulations

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
