Job Summary
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of operations
Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback- Create and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure that all staff are adhering to policies and procedures

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
