We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to be responsible for:This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasay, Metro Manila for an Operations Coordinator at MBOX Smart Lockers. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
Site pre-survey , installation scheduling, and roll-out from start to finish of MBOX smart lockers.
In charge of the logistics : from warehouse to site delivery of lockers .
Supervise and ensure Host Building awareness announcements on MBOX are being carried out.
Supervise brand ambassador training and the orientation of Host Building personnel.
Monitor the uptime of lockers, ensuring quick resolution if issues arise.
Manage the development and implementation of operations procedures and materials for smoother internal and external operations
Respond to customer inquiries via MBOX's social platforms and hotline
Assist in MBOX's marketing/brand awareness which may be required from time to time
- Others: Sales/Admin Tasks
MBOX may require you to perform other duties from time to time such as but not limited to:
Identifying potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization
Presenting MBOX Smart Lockers products
Bachelor's degree .
Experience in operations, logistions and customer service is a plus
Highly Responsible, efficient and pro-active
Strong multitasking, decision-making, and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
Good written and verbal communication skills
Solid work ethics
