OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule and optimize trucking operations and routes.

Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers for smooth operations.

Oversee fleet maintenance and minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Assist in driver recruitment, training, and evaluation.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience in logistics operations, particularly in trucking is preferred.

Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office.
