JOB DESCRIPTION- coordinate troubleshooting of daily works with all departments
in-charge of forms such as Maintenance Request, Gate Pass, Work Permits, Transportation Requests, etc- direct/monitors daily activities of housekeeping, pest control, laundry, water refilling, drivers, porter, and reception to maintain daily nomral workflow
maintains inventory of supplies and recommends replenishment when needed
- in-charge of monetary safekeeping of penalties, reprinting fees, issuing of order requests and acknowledgement receipts for accounting department
in-charge of following up on maintenance form requests and relying in tenants- responsible in monitoring/coordinating lost and found receiving, releasing, disposal and donation
responsible in key management
- should be strict in implementing company rules and regulation
do reports and other documentation for back tracking and monitoring of all concerns- must always practice safety procedures
must assist in any kind of emergency and initiate initial response
endorses unaccomplished task to next shift
- Flexibility in working hours
