Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Review or audit of the site's and other operations departments processes
  • Closing or recovery of non-moving DP
  • Operations Fund Management, Monitoring, and Reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of other operations departments for the ISO audit.
  • Financial Analyst of Contractors Overall Account

Qualifications:
  • The candidate must be a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and hold a CPA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an audit manager.
  • Audit Planning and Strategy
  • Risk Assessment and Control Procedures.
  • Expertise in both audit and accounting/financial matters.
  • Background and familiarity with the real estate development process.
