The
Operations Associate is primarily responsible for liaising and supporting other departments with regard to e-commerce fulfillment and ensuring that it is smoothly served within the given SLA per platform of their country-based assignment. They ensure compliance with all eCommerce operations metrics per channel by monitoring and reporting it on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and work with appropriate partners to resolve issues or concerns of their assigned country.
Responsibilities
E-commerce fulfillment
- You will be the expert on the fulfillment guidelines of 1 or 2 platforms and ensure that it is properly coordinated with the external parties. Monitors the e-commerce fulfillment process, from order entry up to the last-mile fulfillment to ensure that guidelines are being followed and implemented.
Operations Metrics
- Gather and Monitor all operations metrics on different platforms and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Should there be a breach in one or more metrics, it should be properly coordinated with the Operations Supervisor and monitored until it has been resolved.
E-commerce System and Operations
- It involves continuous monitoring of all systems and operations across eCommerce and omnichannel touchpoints. They are expected to be the Subject Matter Expert in terms of the process and procedures of operations eCommerce platforms, such as OMS and WMS in their assigned countries.
Analytics and Reporting
- Regularly monitor and gather the store performance and key metrics to create reliable data reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) per platform and per country.
Store Operations and Policies
- Proactively execute the best practices and ways of working to enable strong collaboration and partnership within the Operations team and with other functions.
Customer Service
- Providing proper coordination across all departments that have an impact on the operations. They should also collaborate with them to make sure that the whole operation will run smoothly.
Other Service
- Other tasks can be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Major in Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of experience for a retail company, required of which a minimum of 1 year experience in an e-commerce environment.

- Self-driven with the ability to take on and create new assignments. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
- Technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in using MS Office, particularly in Excel.
