Operations Associate

Provide competent and effective back room support such as:

Process trade transactions and pledges of clients as well as cash settlement due to/from clients resulting from these transactions and handles releasing of clients statement of accounts.

Delivery of shares to clearing house due for settlement from the buying and selling transaction of shares, inventory/custodianship of shares of clients, processing of clients entitlement for any Corporate Actions declared by Issuer/ Listed Company.

Handling, processing, recording, and monitoring of other investment products and services offerings, including those, which may be offered and implemented in the future, as deemed necessary and beneficial in achieving the goals of the company.

Qualifications

Education: College graduate of a four-year business course preferably in accounting or management

Experience: Open for fresh graduates, but applicants with 1 3 years experience in backroom operations related to banking or brokerage industry are preferred.

Knowledge: Knowledge on basic accounting principles, cash settlement and stock trading operations

Skills: Arithmetic reasoning, computation and clerical perception

Personality: Organized and systematic, analytical, patient and good with detail, team player
