The operation will play a crucial role in supporting the store operational efficiency of the company.
Responsible for the following various task related to:
- STORE INVENTORY :
- Monitoring of store inventory consumption per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and maintaining Daily Inventory Records, tracking in-stock and out-stock of items in store, ensuring they remain within minimum and maximum thresholds.
Preparation of purchase requests for inventory items due for order.- Ensuring timely delivery of stocks and materials to stores as per schedule and requirements.
- STORE COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST
- Ensure that store employees are following the Standard operating procedure.
Regular checking of Petty Cash Fund (PCF) usage and reimbursement.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Periodic assessment of customer service standards (e.g., including greetings, completion of order within the time promised).
- CERTIFICATE/ PERMITS MAINTENANCE
- Ensure that all necessary permits for store operations are obtained, maintained, and up to date.
Maintain a comprehensive monitoring file of all required permits and certificates, including details such as date applied, validity period, date of expiration, renewal date, and any other pertinent information.
- Regularly update the monitoring file to track the status of permits and certificates.
Keep physical copies of all certificates and permits in a secure location.- Responsible for processing requirements to obtain and renew permits, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to address any issues related to permits or certificates, such as renewals or updates to regulations.
- STORE CCTV MONITORING
- Access CCTV and allocate at least 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon to ensure store employees are adhering to operating procedures.
- STORE SALES MONITORING REPORT
- Access UTAK daily to monitor and extract daily sales for maintaining the database of sales transactions.
Monitor if the store reaches its daily target sales.- Create a weekly sales report summarizing the sales for the whole week and identifying which products are popular and unpopular, to identify which products need extra marketing.
- ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Address general concerns from the branch regarding utilities, billing, and prepaid load.
Receive requests for maintenance or repair from the store and coordinate maintenance or repair requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Create an official weekly work schedule for baristas and service specialists, ensuring that each employee is assigned tasks for the day across three shifts.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any business course
