Job Description

Operation Assistant will support the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient and smooth business operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, coordination of daily activities, and facilitating communication across various departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Operations Coordination:
Support the Operations Manager in coordinating daily activities and projects.
  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects and report any issues.
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management:
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance services.
  • Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues or complaints.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and manage operational reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Participate in operational audits and provide recommendations for enhancements.


  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
. Knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work, depending on project deadlines and operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
