Job PurposeTo provide comprehensive support within the Sales and Logistics Department, covering the spectrum of operational duties including Statement of Account (SOA) processing, document filing, backup checker duties, pickup of Proof of Delivery (POD) from various locations, and company driving for business visits. The role also entails maintaining the company vehicle, adherence to company policies and regulations, and offering vital support to the sales team.
SOA Processing

- Provide safe and reliable shuttle services for employees to and from designated locations.
With at least vocational educational
- Knowledge at logistics operations, including SOA processing, document organization, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Familiarity with principles of customer service and sales support.- Proficiency in safe driving practices and local traffic laws.
