Job Summary:Dextra Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Generalist to support our client's day-to- day operations, assist in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, and develop more efficient processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to improving operational efficiency within a medical practice.
Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the practice.- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Policy and Procedure Development:
Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Review and update existing policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Document new processes and ensure all staff are trained on updated procedures.
Identify areas for improvement within existing operational processes.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor the impact of changes and continuously seek ways to optimize operations.
- Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- File and folder management
Prepare regular reports on operational metrics and performance indicators.- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance.
Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
- Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.- Attend and participate in regular and impromptu meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google suite, databox, slack, drop box, Microsoft office suite and familiarity with healthcare management software.- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
