This is a Operations Assistant position. You would need to GO to our MAIN OFFICE in QUEZON CITY for an interview. Main location for reporting is in Quezon City.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Overall assistant for All Operational activities and concerns
- Assists in timekeeping and payroll.
Conducts audits of the financial, management, and administrative for all locations throughout the organization to ensure that procedures comply.
Sales
Products correct quantity and excellent quality, supervise excellent services. Maintain and monitor good performance of the equipment. Good quality and appearance or utensils and containers.
Monitors employee schedule, contracts, attendance, evaluation, and training. Maintain good condition and excellent presentation of the stores. Proper hygiene and grooming of the employees Encodes inventory per location.
- Audits include interviewing key personnel, conducting testing, and training evaluating personnel performance, analyzing existing inventory and cash flow to determine accuracy, and reviewing relevant documentation to support findings.
Develop detailed reports on each audit conducted. Reports include a review of findings and an identification of recommendations to correct any deficiencies and methods for improvement to processes.- Conducts proper corrective actions as identified.
Conducts special audit studies for management, such as those required to discover for the prevention of fraud.
- Prepares reports of findings and recommendations for management regarding stores overall operations from cleanliness, foot traffic, up-to-date business permits and certification, employees compliance/evaluation, sales, any maintenance or safety concerns, and product inventory.
Assists other auditors in completing their assignments as a means of maximizing audit efficiency and thus reducing lost time and involvement of corporate personnel. Facilitate lessor concerns in various departments such as engineering, admin etc
- Manpower management, hiring and employment
Education: High School Diploma
Bilingual or multilingual ability and several years of working experience are added advantage
Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
Ability to maintain composure during rush hours
Ability to present bills, take orders and deliver them to clients in a timely manner
Possess willingness to assist kitchen staff
Ability to deliver top quality customer service and assistance
Ability to recommend meals, side orders, and deals to customers
Possess good knowledge and understanding of menus and be willing to direct clients on how to make their choices from the menu
Possess skills in proper handling of kitchen equipment, like soda machines, microwaves, and fryers.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
