Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year college course in business, management or marketing; having marketing skills is an advantage;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
Computer-literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Diligent and pays attention to detail
Ability to work with less supervision
Can analyze a large amount of data and information
Appreciates the use of computer as a means of communication and reporting
Can multi-task and do efficient time management to meet deadlines
Has the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Trust-worthy; can properly handle confidential information

Job Description
Compiles sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
Maintains communication with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders by phone or email
Coordinates closely with third party supplier and contractors
Works closely with the operations/marketing supervisor to achieve prompt results
Maintains a filing system, organize files and records and keep track of important documents
Prepares documents from templates
Supports and assists marketing executives in creating, organizing, and executing project plans and activities
Communicates directly and promptly with customers and clients to achieve a quick response time and build a lasting impression of efficiency
Monitor sales activities and documentation requirements necessary for the completion of a sale
Monitor inventory and ongoing productions/construction activities
