Job Overview:
Your Daily Tasks:
- Review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Create and document policies and procedures.
- Edit market research reports focused on economic, financial, and real estate trends, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Analyze supply and demand dynamics, capital markets, and housing trends using data from various sources.
- Conduct research on U.S. geographies, demographics, and key factors such as housing, services, recreational amenities, and transportation.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Utilize AI tools to enhance research and analysis.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks related to People Operations and general operations.
