Job Summary
- Performs tasks in the validation, interpretation, examination, evaluation of complete set of data, documentation or any other form of information whether manual or electronically generated; required in the execution, implementation, fulfillment, rejection, and/or conclusion of the tasks at hand i.e. transaction and or service request, resolving discrepancies noted, acts on them judiciously as prescribed and performs the related necessary customer service function across the relevant functional domains, with full knowledge and application of current AMLA, Compliance and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific responsibilities.
How will you contribute
- Handles employee loan and corporate loan processing
- Receives, reviews, analyzes and validates data, documentation and or any other information whether manual or electronically generated for the completion of tasks required for the delivery of products and/or services within the accepted turnaround time with minimum supervision
- Decides on the disposition of the transaction instructions based on internal and external procedures and regulations such as but not limited to documentation completeness, approvals and exceptions allowed
What will make you successful
- College graduate of relevant course
- Experience in loan processing in retail and corporate accounts, analyzation of transactions for loan booking, payment application and loan amendments
- Knowledgeable in loan documentation and administration
