Miami Christmas Lights is seeking an outstanding Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager and Operations Foreman. The Operations Admin helps develop, deliver and execute projects from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Learn all the details of each project under management. Details include location of items, property layout, staff's names and positions.
Spearhead project planning and preparation- Manage the resources and staff required to execute projects
Assign schedule to staff according to the requirement of projects
- Monitor the project schedule and milestones
Facilitate any documentation- Report project status daily
Make sure that CRM is updated regularly
- Utilize applications used by the company
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements: 4 years of project management experience
- Fluent in English language with excellent written and verbal communication.
4 years experience working with Microsoft Office, or similar Office software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php44,- 00 per month
