Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Has an experience administrative or operational support role either on their OJT. Fresh Graduate can accept- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Administrative Support:
- Assist in the daily administrative functions of the operations department.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Logistical Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the operations team.
Support the planning and execution of company events and projects.
Customer Service:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and databases.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.
Process Improvement:- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operation support.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
