Overview
We're looking for a passionate, proactive and talented Operations Manager to join our team, helping our brand scale to the next level. You will lead and manage the company operations, hiring processes, enhance the reporting/tracking systems, customer experience as well as developing systems and optimizing processes. You will be the centerpiece between the marketing team, the engineering team and our customers.
Salary and Growth
The salary is starting between $2,500 to $5,000 per month (according to individual performance and experience), plus up to $30,000 in annual bonuses based on goal achievement. If desired and merited, the Operations manager role can evolve into the COO position having a percentage on the profit.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as Operations Manager (possibly in a 8-fig company)
- Proven track record of managing teams of various sizes and improving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a growing team
- Experience in hiring at least +30 talents
- Experience with the Shopify ecosystem and technologies, ideally also Amazon, Meta, TikTok infrastructures
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
Key Responsibilities
- Implement better systems to manage customer inquiries and improve CSAT
- Creating Feedback-loops and collaborating with the Marketing and Engineering teams to create better ads and better products.
- Minimize refunds, and cancellations by improving processes
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Create a smooth hiring and onboarding process for new members
- Manage and mentor the customer service team of 8 people, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction
- Facilitate ALL the company operations
Schedule
The position requires 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. However, as this is a managerial role, additional hours may occasionally be necessary. If you are averse to hard work, please do not apply for this position.
