The Role:
The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Oversee the processing of customer returns
Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools
Analyze data and apply appropriate project management methodology to identify and develop recommendations for process improvements
Handle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary
Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries
Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
Analyze the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements to grow business.
Communicate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.
Manage returns and refunds from various customers and ensure that SOP are being followed.
Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities.
Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.
Support development of sales proposals or tender documents.
Who We Look For - The Ideal Profile:
With 2-3 years experience in logistics management specifically in order management.
Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics.
Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
Strong time management skills.
