Profile Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in both graphic design and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative team in the development of visual content for digital media.
Oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency across all platforms.
Manage project timelines, resources, and client expectations to deliver on-time, high-quality work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design challenges.
Familiarity with AI-based design tools and experience with AI defect management is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
