Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee fulfillment center, providing direction to the team
Maintain communication between e-comm and warehouse team- Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of deliver orders, control of damages, error and mispacks, and excellence in customer service levels
Assist pick/pack as needed
- Perform physical inventories and cycle counts
Analyze inventory report- With fulfillment experience in E-comm platforms
Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
Preferably with experience in retail industry
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
Demonstrate strong attention to details.- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel e/g. Pivot & Vlookup)
Willing to report in Agility Paranaque
