- Responsibilities include:
Review and screen user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Apply predefined content moderation guidelines to make decisions about content removal, warnings, or escalation.
Address routine user reports and issues, such as spam, profanity, or minor violations of platform rules.
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.- Minimum of 1-year BPO experience.
Excellent Communication skills.
- Capacity to work onsite (office-based).
Must be residing within Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan.
