We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Company-Based Online Seller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing various online selling platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, and be adept at providing exceptional customer service. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the entire process of delivery, from order processing to ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Manage and monitor online stores on various platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Knowledgeable in doing live-selling.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of products and ensure accurate product listings and descriptions.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns, providing top-notch customer service.- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure a seamless and satisfactory online shopping experience for all customers.

- Proven experience as an online seller or similar role within an e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with online selling platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok is a must.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends is preferred.
