Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Sales Specialist to join our e-commerce company. As an Online Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our presence on various online marketplace platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in business development for our wholesale business, including pursuing corporate customers. The ideal candidate is a college graduate with a strong background in online sales, marketplace management, and business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage our online presence on various marketplace platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
Optimize product listings to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales on each platform.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and customer feedback, and develop strategies to improve performance.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and corporate customers to drive wholesale business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and pitching to potential corporate customers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery for wholesale customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, online marketplace policies, and emerging e-commerce technologies to leverage opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing online marketplace platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
  • A track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in an e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of online sales strategies, marketplace best practices, and trends.
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing techniques and the ability to create compelling campaigns.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with corporate customers and key accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
