Must have proven sales experience in any retail industry/and or brand, preferably, those that cater to online sales, e-commerce activities

Duties and Responsibilities
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Responds promptly to customers questions
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Directs customers to the nearest physical store, if applicable
- Keeps customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
- Documents sales to ensure he/she is within target
- Introduces store promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Monitors the delivery status of purchased items.
- Issues receipt and Purchase Order.
