Qualifications:- Completed 2 years in College with 6months customer service related experience (preferably 1 year BPO experience)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- with BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Excellent English communication skills- Good interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge with MS Office
Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards
Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
