Online Program Manager

The Goa Institute of Management (GIM), established in 1993, is one among the top few business schools of India. The institute is looking for bright persons with interests in teaching, scholarship and research, and networking with industry. GIM currently offers 5 PGDM programs: - the PGDM core program; PGDM Health Care Management program; PGDM Big Data Analytics program; PGDM in Management - Banking, Insurance & Financial Services; weekend part-time hybrid PGDM program for working executives.

Position Overview: GIM seeks to appoint a highly organized and proactive online program manager to offer exceptional learner experience and maintain a high growth metrics for online programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring successful execution of the online program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Benchmarking of online programs with those of other institutes and ensuring the curation and implementation of best practices in GIM's programs
• Implementing and tracking the vision for online programs across the board (PGDM/Certifications)
• Coordinating on a weekly and daily basis with EduTech partners for the various programs offered
• Keeping track of growth metrics for the programs daily and benchmarking across institutes.
• Keeping track of operational metrics for the programs daily and benchmarking across institutes.
• Ensuring learner experience remains as high as possible in an online environment across each program

Essential Qualification & Skills:

• Master's degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Understanding of the online education space
• Willingness to work on weekends whenever required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate the team members
