Position Overview:
HCI is seeking a dedicated
online Phlebotomy Instructor to develop and deliver comprehensive online phlebotomy training. This individual will be responsible for transforming provided content into structured online video lectures, supporting the IT team in video production, and offering guidance and support to students through tutoring and general instruction.
Transform existing phlebotomy training content into a structured online course, with clear, engaging, and concise video lectures.
Collaborate with the IT department to convert lectures into high-quality video modules.
Provide direct instruction to students through online lectures, ensuring clarity and thorough understanding of phlebotomy practices.
Offer tutoring support to students, assisting them with course material and helping them develop essential skills.
Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments, offering constructive feedback.
Engage with students regularly to ensure comprehension of course materials and address any questions or concerns.
Create a positive learning environment that encourages student interaction and collaboration.
Continuously review and update course content to ensure relevance and alignment with current phlebotomy standards and practices.
Develop supplementary instructional materials that enhance the learning experience.
Certification in phlebotomy and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Teaching experience in a classroom or online setting, preferably in phlebotomy or related medical fields.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
Ability to translate complex medical concepts into engaging, digestible content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and video production tools is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following : Nursing , Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science
