Online Marketing Associate - Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Job Overview: The successful candidate will develop online marketing programs for assigned small business customers. These online marketing strategies including SEO, Social Media, Local Listings, and/or PPC campaigns. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and project management. What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

• Lead the creation and management of marketing strategies for assigned customers, ensuring that every plan aligns with the customer's unique goals and business needs.

• Provide regular updates on campaign performance, analyzing results and suggesting adjustments to improve outcomes and value for customers.

• Collaborate with team members to develop customized content and implement digital marketing tactics.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Review performance of customer marketing accounts regularly, making necessary improvements to drive better results and proactively addressing any challenges.

• Document campaign details, tasks, and notes in internal systems, working closely with team members to ensure consistent execution.

• Participate in team meetings to review customer progress, share updates, and collaborate on best practices.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Local Listings) and how they can be applied to real-world business goals.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented and accountable for quality, with a proactive approach to optimizing marketing campaigns.

• Willingness to learn and refine marketing techniques, with ongoing training and refreshers provided.

• Familiarity with basic website tools and platforms is a plus, but not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is recommended.

• Prior experience in digital marketing is a bonus, but not a requirement.
