Job Description:
As an Online Gaming Manager at PhilWeb Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online gaming operations. You will play a key role in driving growth, optimizing player engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Our products include but are not limited to online casinos, sports betting platforms, and virtual gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online gaming platform, including website performance, user experience, and customer support.
Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization across our online gaming products.- Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute revenue-generating initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge in all our gaming products.
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence within the online gaming team.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in online gaming, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of online gaming products, technologies, and player behavior, with experience across various gaming verticals such as online casinos, sports betting, and virtual gaming.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Knowledge of Philippine gaming regulations and industry best practices.
