ONLINE DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Summary:

The Online Digital Marketing Supervisor analyze and assess the business performance and reviews, monitors the merchandising, marketing and operations of assigned brand(s) to ensure the attainment of sales/ marketing objectives and profitability. Collaborates with different departments to ensure the team is set to achieve objectives. Both in Traditional and Digital Marketing Platforms.

The Online Digital Marketing Supervisor is accounted in ensuring the identity, personality, tone and equity of the brand are intact.

• Duties:

• Formulates business plans for assigned brands including but not limited to sales, marketing, merchandising objectives, programs and budgets. In Traditional and Digital platforms.
  

• Conducts brand market research, analysis and assessment on projects and strategies affecting the brand and the impact to the present and future market.
  

• Works with merchandising on product selection for season buys and merchandise mix
  

• Monitors sales performance of brands and inventory level to achieve optimum sales to inventory ration
  

• Corresponds with principles on brand concerns and prepares / submits principal required brand reports.
  

• Scouts market for viable distribution, monitors performance and recommends appropriate actions.
  

• Conceptualizes, implements and evaluates marketing activities to promote brand awareness
  

• Coordinates with advertising / PR agencies for communication and advertising objectives
  

• Conducts brand training in coordination with merchandising for product specific demonstrations/ details.
  

• Keeps abreast with new brands and trends and observes competitors for pricing and new product lines.
  

• Recommends sales programs to further improve sales performance and motivate sales people.
  
• Competency requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
  

• At least 1 year experience as a Supervisor
  

• Familiar with Traditional / Digital Marketing
  

• With Good Negotiation Skills (outside suppliers)
  

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  

• Amenable to work in a flexible working arrangement
