- General Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.- know the company products, services, policies, and procedures during training period to effectively address customer inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Good Typing Skills- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
18 years old and above
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
Candidates must be at least conversant in English language.- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Education: completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)- Minimum 6 months of BPO/contact center experience
Financial services experience in a BPO Setup is preferred candidates who have worked with banks like JP morgan, HSBC, Citibank, PayPal, Apple Pay, Crypto, Creditcard companies, Money Transfers, Moneygram acct
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
