What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager for seamless agent and client onboarding
- Provide progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager
- Support client onboarding as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 12 years in Customer Service Onboarding
- 35 years in BPO Customer Service
- Virtual Assistant experience (preferred)
Skills:
- Proficiency in E-Commerce tools (e.g., Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk)
- Knowledge of CRM/project management tools like HubSpot and Monday.com
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A self-starter with the ability to coach and engage effectively
Technical Requirements:
- Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber (20 Mbps minimum)
- Tools: Gmail and Slack
