We are looking for an outstanding Onboarding Consultant to play a pivotal role in overseeing and helping our clients to onboard our platform successfully. You will be responsible for coordinating customer requirements, resources, and deliverables to ensure customers have all necessary details and provided sufficient resources, so they are able to on-board on the platform efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, establishing a trusted advisor relationship
- Collaborate with clients to ensure scope & business needs and adjust the onboarding process accordingly
- Lead onboarding calls and meetings with clients to provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and best practice recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment with client expectations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, training materials, and resources for clients
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-onboarding, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise
- Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the client experience
- Manage multiple Clients onboarding projects, ensuring goals are met
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technology, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and define technical architectures
- A good understanding of communication technologies such as Messaging & voice would be advantageous.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment and collaboration
- Foster strong customer relationships; serve as an advocate to maximize the value of our solution wherever opportunities exist
Demonstrate Excellence for Our Global Team:

- Support all sales and customer service opportunities as required
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
Your skills and experience:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer Science, MIS, or other IT-related degree
- 8-15 years of PM experience focused on software deployments; proven experience driving large project deployments
- Solid understanding of the project delivery framework, as well as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- PMP certification preferred
- Good working knowledge of various cloud solutions, software deployment tools, and industry certifications in TOGAF, PMP, MSFT, AWS, Cisco, and Google Technologies are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong written and spoken English skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Ability to wear many hats and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Messaging Technologies, Telecom, SaaS, PaaS, Software Engineering, Security and Compliance Solutions
