Job Description

Job Qualifications:
  • Must be an HR Graduate or any related courses.
Fresh graduates with experience in onboarding during their internship are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably Candidates can start
ASAP With good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word)
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles the end-to-end process of pre-boarding of new hires .
  • Sending of pre-employment requirements checklist up to deployment on their first day.
Responsible for discussion, collection, follow-up, checking, compliance monitoring, and records keeping of all pre-employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government-issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results, and other licensing requirements, etc.)
  • Provides first-line resolution to issues and concerns of 3rd party vendors (Payroll Account Creation, Background Investigation partner/s, Clinic partner for a medical exam, various establishments for logistics of Recruitment events, etc.)
Handles company ID creation and replacements
  • Point person in 201 filing

Pay: From Php18,
  • 00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
* 13th month salary
