Qualifications- Must be an HR Graduate or any related courses.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply but with a least 3 months internship experience is much preferable.
- Preferably with onboarding experience, administrative, handling 201 files and pre-employments
Can start ASAP.
Handles the end-to-end process of pre-boarding of new hires (Sales and NON-Sales).
- Sending of pre-employment requirements checklist up to deployment on their first day.
Facilitates end-to-end licensing coordination for both Life and GI licenses of newly hired and existing Financial Executives and Sales Managers- Coordinates and assists new hires with IC examination schedules guides new hires and checks licensing requirements for seamless and timely re-lease of FE license
Creates and sends monthly payroll reports for the first salary payout of new hires.
- Utilizes Client Budget in managing and filing various expenses incurred from different 3rd party vendors, recruitment events, office supplies replenishment, etc.
Responsible for discussion, collection, follow-up, checking, compliance monitoring, and records keeping of all pre-employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government-issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results, and other licensing requirements, etc.)- Coordinates with various teams within the company (Sales Support, Licensing, DL&D, etc.) to complete specific onboarding tasks promptly and to resolve basic issues (License Codes, LMS account creation, Gmail creation, ID processing, etc.)
Provides first-line resolution to issues and concerns of 3rd party vendors (Metrobank for Payroll Account Creation, Background Investigation partner/s, Clinic partner for medical exams, various establishments for logistics of Recruitment events etc.)
- Handles company ID creation and replacements and Point person in 201 filing
