Job Description

Qualifications
HR Graduate; Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Preferably with onboarding experience
Amenable to report on site 5 days a week
Can start ASAP
  • Job Description
Handles the end to end process of pre-boarding of new hires (Sales and Non Sales). Sending of pre-employment requirements checklist up to deployment on their first day.
Facilitates end to end licensing coordination for both Life and GI licenses of newly hired and existing Financial Executives and Sales Managers
Coordinates and assist new hires with IC examination schedules and guides new hires and checks licensing requirements for seamless and timely re-lease of FE license
Creates and sends monthly payroll report for the first salary payout of new hires
Utilizes Client Budget in managing and filing various expenses incurred from different 3rd party vendors, recruitment events, office supplies replenishment, etc.
Responsible for discussion, collection, follow up, checking, compliance monitoring and records keeping of all pre-employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results and other licensing requirements, etc.)
Coordinates with various teams within the company (Sales Support, Licensing, DL&D etc.) to complete specific onboarding tasks in a timely manner and to re-solve basic issues (License Codes, LMS account creation, Gmail creation, ID processing, etc.)
Provides first line resolution to issues and concerns of 3rd party vendors (Metrobank for Payroll Account Creation, Background Investigation partner/s, Clinic partner for medical exam, various establishments for logistics of Recruitment events etc.)
Handles company ID creation and replacements
Point person in 201 filing

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Monday to Friday


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
