Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  1. New Customer Setup:
    • Establish new customer accounts and manage the technical requirements for onboarding, including data entry, validation, and code creation for the customer's website. Tasks include generating QR codes, coordinating with third-party vendors, and working collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  2. Customer Onboarding:
    • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by coordinating various aspects, such as preparing training resources for team members, building and testing websites, crafting website content, and setting up email templates and signatures in Autoclick CRM. Maintain communication with customers and third parties, track progress, and reschedule training sessions as needed to meet deadlines.
  3. Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer and national sales team inquiries via email (and soon chat) regarding product issues, service and sales questions, QR code creation requests, and other client needs. Conduct outbound calls as necessary to resolve requests and provide support.
  1. Onboard Progress Tracking:
    • Log customer requests in a support and onboarding ticketing system, monitoring issues from initiation through resolution.
  2. Database Updates:
    • Document interactions with customers and third parties in the customer service database during and after each communication.
  3. Build a Professional Client Relationship:
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Appointment Coordination:
    • Follow up and reschedule appointments as needed.
  5. Website Updates:
    • Assist clients with requested changes and updates to their websites.
  6. Support Communication:
    • Handle support emails and chat requests effectively.
  7. Training & Resource Development:
    • Create and deliver short training videos, webinars, and loom videos update help articles and training materials as needed.
  8. Software Testing:
    • Perform testing on software fixes and updates to ensure functionality and usability.
  9. Program Promotion:
    • Identify opportunities to promote our services based on each clientu0027s unique needs.
  10. Marketing Content:
  • Develop and update marketing materials.
Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and apply new tools and technologies.
  • Capable of shifting between tasks
  • Skilled at identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
  • Demonstrates commitment to following
  • through and seeing tasks to completion.
  • Social Media Management
  • Knowledgeable in Technical Software
