Job Summary
- Responsible for delivering the Banks new hire onboarding process, implementing the agreed strategies and initiatives to ensure that the Bank provides the best experience to its incoming employees, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
How will you contribute
- Collects pre-employment requirements of a new hire. Monitors the submission of required employment documents and endorses compiled requirements in 201 folders to Compensation & Benefits Division.
- Prepares and updates new joiners report. Submits the report to other Business Units for proper action.
- Collaborates with the hiring managers and other concerned business units for the seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Creates employee profile of confirmed new hires in the applicable system/s based on the submitted employment documents, ensuring the accuracy of uploaded information for payroll processing and other related HR activities.
- Collects BSP forms and other requirements for submission to the appropriate business units for processing
- Handles the endorsement of new joiners for background investigation and ensures completion prior to regularization.
- Processes employee regularization, ensuring that all pre-employment requirements, such as, but not limited to medical exam, NFIS, background investigation, and performance appraisal, have been completed.
- Responsible for managing the 201 file of new joiners until regularization. Acts as custodian for all onboarding-related documents and ensures adherence of the Division to the Banks records management standards.
- Endorses 201 files of employees to Compensation & Benefits Division for safekeeping.
- Prepares requests for payments for onboarding-related services or expenses.
